Langford delivers leadership communication training programs and executive coaching for business, academic and non-profit organizations.

We come with 20 years of corporate training and executive coaching experience delivered primarily within the Fortune 50 – 500 sectors.

Classroom training programs range from two full days for up to 12 people, to half day sessions for small groups, to one on one private sessions. We work with team presentations, Key Note addresses, and preparation for Ted Talks. Programs are specifically tailored to the requirements of each client.
Executive Coaching engagements are individually customized according to the needs and desired outcomes for each executive. Coaching packages range from one month of between 2-4 in person sessions plus phone follow up to six months and 12-24 in person sessions and phone follow up.
Langford also provides customized web-based training programs using clients’ virtual delivery platforms.
